Sarah Ferguson - The Dutchess of York in person signed toddlers sweatshirt. This was obtained by me in person back in 1995. As you can see she dated it with the year. She created a character for hildren named Budgie. She was doing a tour signing of the books and appreal. Why I choose the sweatshirt, I don't know. Just wanted something different.
